Advanced Control

An intelligent CNC layer on top of your deburring process. Settings become reproducible, changeovers are faster, and the machine automatically corrects where needed.

The result: less dependence on manual experience, shorter setup times, and a more consistent end result across different products, material thicknesses and production batches.

Your benefit #1: Intuitive operation

Advanced Control makes complex adjustments simple. Through the intuitive touchscreen interface, the operator can quickly set the right parameters, save programs and recall existing settings. This makes the machine easy to operate for new operators, while giving experienced users more speed, overview and reproducibility.

Your benefit #2: Programs

With Advanced Control, all process parameters can be stored in programs. During the next production run, the corresponding program can be recalled easily. The machine automatically resets itself according to the saved settings.
This reduces setup time and makes the deburring process fully reproducible.

Your benefit #3: Scanning production sheets

Repeat work needs to be fast and error-free. Advanced Control links programs to production sheets via a QR code. The operator scans the QR code and the machine automatically loads the correct program with the predefined settings.
This eliminates the risk of incorrect manual input and makes switching between different workpieces much faster.

Your benefit #4: Automatic brush calibration

After a brush change, the machine automatically determines its correct reference position. The operator no longer has to manually search for the right starting position or correct it by trial and error. This saves time after a brush change and prevents newly installed brushes from being used incorrectly.

Brush calibration is carried out through automatic contact measurement for each individual brush. The brush is physically touched, allowing the absolute zero point to be established accurately. No optical approximation, no laser estimation, no indirect interpretation, but a real physical reference.

Because each brush is calibrated individually, adjustments and corrections can be made per brush instead of per complete brush set. This increases precision and reduces cost, because you can adjust or replace only where needed.

Your benefit #5: On-the-fly brush wear measurement

Brushes wear during production. In conventional systems, this can lead to quality differences between the beginning and the end of a batch.
Advanced Control monitors brush wear during the process and automatically compensates where needed, without unnecessary production stops. This keeps pressure, contact and results consistent, even as the tooling gradually changes.

Your benefit #6: Adjusting brush and sanding belt pressure

With Advanced Control, brush pressure and grinding belt pressure can be set with high precision, down to 0.1 mm. This allows the process to be perfectly adapted to the material and the desired radius. Adjustments can also be made during the process, giving you full control over material removal, edge rounding and finishing.

Your benefit #7: Controlled brush positioning

The movement of the top brushes is fully controlled according to the type of workpiece. The operator can choose from different movements:

  • Long stroke: for larger parts and even brush wear.
  • Short stroke: for more intensive edge processing.
  • Small parts position: the brushes remain in position while small workpieces pass through the centre of the brush. Small parts are processed in a stable and safe way, without shifting or being thrown out.

Your benefit #8: Remote access

Through a secure VPN connection, the CNC can be accessed remotely for support, parameter optimisation and software updates.
This enables fast service without requiring an on-site intervention for every issue. Problems can be analysed more quickly, parameters can be checked or adjusted in a targeted way, and software updates can be carried out more efficiently.

Your benefit #9: Control of infeed and outfeed systems

Advanced Control is not limited to the internal processing parameters of the machine. It can also control the handling around the machine.
By integrating the infeed and outfeed system into the logic of the CNC interface, material flow becomes smoother and the coordination between infeed, processing and outfeed improves. This is especially useful for companies that want to further automate their process or integrate the machine into a more streamlined production line.
