Laser oxide removal

Oxide film is formed on the cut edge after plasma or laser cutting with oxygen of metals and stainless steel. This operation leaves a black layer or oxide on the machined piece. This is because the material has reacted with oxygen. The removal of these laser oxides is important for later processes such as welding or coating.
