VG is proud to present the Rotor 3 at the BlechExpo 2021, their latest development. With it VG Machines sets new standards in automated sheet metal working.

This versatile rotary brush machine offers the ultimate solution for flexible sheet metal working. With this machine you reduce the machining process for deburring, edge rounding and finishing of your product to a single throughput! The VG Rotor 3 deburrs and rounds surfaces particularly evenly and powerfully, making it excellent for machining laser-cut and punched parts. Thanks to the multi-rotating brush assembly, the best possible rounding of inner and outer contours is achieved and a radius of up to 2 mm is applied. The machine is equipped as standard with a vacuum bonding mat and three processing units: an abrasive belt for deburring, four multi-rotating brushes for rounding and an additional abrasive unit for surface finishing. Thanks to the vacuum integration, even small parts can be machined. The wide range of possibilities makes this all-rounder ideal for processing both small workpieces and large sheet metal items with different requirements. Furthermore, the focus is on ease of use and comfort through the integration of an intuitive and easy-to-use touch screen. This enables the operator to adjust the machine quickly and effortlessly.
