The Finish Cell series is available in both 1060 mm and 1330 mm belt widths. The grinding belt unit is standardly equipped with an electronic-pneumatic oscillation system, which ensures that the abrasive belt remains stable. Perfect and even finishing of sheet metal is achieved quickly and without problems. Every abrasive belt specification has its own belt thickness. Therefore, the contact roller can be adjusted higher or lower depending on the type of abrasive belt.

The cylindrical brush assembly is positioned directly after the sanding belt and provides a brushed finish. Metal brushing can be done with or without oscillation. With the oscillation, a short, tight scratch is obtained. Without the use of oscillation, a longer line finish is obtained.

The Finish Cell is available with a 1060 mm or 1330 mm wide spark- and oil-resistant conveyor belt with strong anti-slip properties. The frequency controlled conveyor is equipped with a vacuum table or a magnetic track. Ideal for the fixation of ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal. In this way, even smaller parts can be held firmly in place when applying a surface finish.
