The working widht of the machine is 650 mm.
With the electronic/pneumatic oscillation system we make sure the grinding belt stays stable.
It is very easy to change over from one grinding belt to another. That means we can easily change over from a belt to deburr to a belt to do some graining. The grinding head is adjustable to the thickness of the belt.

Oscillating top brush head
The top brush unit has 2 rotating discs or top brushes.
1 rotates clockwise, 1 rotates anti-clockwise.
The top brushes or cup brushes oscillating over the width of the conveyor belt.
The top brush unit can set to process small creditcard size parts.
On the fourth position in the CT650 we can have an oscillating cylindrical brush.
Depending on the type of brush we can use the brush for several applications: removing a secondary burr, surface grinding, deburring punched parts.
Holding small parts on the conveyor belt
We have 3 methods to hold small parts on the conveyor belt:
1°vacuum table, this is the multifunctional system. With this system we can hold ferro and non ferro parts
2°magnetic track: this is the most efficient way to hold small steel parts. This hold method is recommended to remove laser oxide or slag
3°high grip conveyor belt
Closed machine frame
The dust generated from processing parts stays in the area where the aggregates are.
This makes its more easy to collect as much dust as possible.
In the accesdoor in the frame we have a window. In this way we can observe the processing of the parts.
The conveyor belt is heat, spark and oil resistant.
Constant pass line
The CT650 has a fixed working height. That means that the heads are moving up and down.
Because of the fixed height we can easily install infeed-outfeed tables, component return systems, conveyor belts, etc.
